I am a native of Florida originally coming from the east coast of the state.
My school history includes public elementary school and secondary Catholic schools.
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in the College of Science with an
emphasis in botany.
Before reentering education, I served as a district executive for two Boy Scout councils.
In that position, I directed membership drives, fund raising, summer camps, and various
programs. My first teaching assignment was in the 1980-1981 school year at Bishop
Verot High School in Ft. Myers teaching Biology. In 1981, I came to St. Charles and
have been here since that time. I have had both Fifth and Sixth Grade homerooms and
have been teaching Science for Grades 5-8 during that period of time.
I have been involved in St. Charles Parish as an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist
and in various other activities.
