Mrs. Palmer is originally from Springfield, Ohio. She received her BA in English from the University of Notre Dame and Education credentials from Wittenberg Unviersity. Mrs. Palmer now resides with her husband and two dogs in Punta Gorda. Her favorite authors are Jane Austen, Margaret Atwood, Shakespeare, and T.S. Eliot.
