After school care is provided as a service to all students from 3:15
p.m. until 5:30 p.m. In order that all children are safe and properly
supervised, any student on school grounds and not involved in a
supervised activity 15 minutes after dismissal, will be placed in
Aftercare. The school reserves the right to refuse aftercare services to
any student who is constantly a discipline problem in the aftercare
program. Parents are to sign their child out of Aftercare each day and
notify the supervisor if someone else is signing them out. Bills are sent
home monthly and late fees will be charged if not promptly paid.
Parents who pick up after 5:30 P.M. will be charged an additional
$1.00 for every minute past
5:30 P.M., and parents who are continually late will loose the right to
have their child in aftercare. Aftercare is always available free of
charge to parents who are conferencing with a teacher in the
afternoon after school. The monthly aftercare bill is the parents receipt
for tax purposes, and cannot be duplicated.
